IONOS SE

IONOS hosts our email mailboxes. Messages sent through our contact form are delivered to these mailboxes, and the emails we write personally — such as support replies or messages addressed to one person or a small group — are sent from them through IONOS mail servers.

Postmark (ActiveCampaign, LLC)

We use Postmark to send automated emails, such as no-reply messages containing security or verification codes, and bulk communications such as newsletters or promotional emails. Cloudflare, Inc. (Turnstile)

We use Cloudflare Turnstile, a CAPTCHA alternative, to verify legitimate submissions and prevent spam. Turnstile does not set tracking cookies or profile users; Cloudflare only processes technical signals such as your IP address and basic browser information to confirm that a request does not come from a bot. All service providers operate under appropriate data processing agreements and GDPR-compliant safeguards.
